Love that Liquid Candy Called POP? Well It Doesn't Love You!
By Betty Shepherd
I decided to write this article because I was amazed at how many people
are hooked on pop, the liquid candy. In the course of last year alone I
have lost 20 lbs, and know at least 10 of those pounds were lost due to
the release of drinking my favorite pop every day and sometimes at
least three times a day.
As an addictive pop lover, I never wanted to hear anything bad about my
favorite past time grabbing a pop and downing it, running back to get
another one. Not even thinking about what it would do to my waist line,
my heart, or if it was upsetting my sugar levels.
All I knew was it tasted good and I loved it. I had no ideal that it
would cause me to have weight gain, I mean think about what it
does to you, and then think about taking off 10 - 20 pounds this year
with just deciding to give up 1 can of pop a day.
Now that isn't going to be a problem for most of us, because we
normally drink two to three pops per day. I am not going to be long
winded on this, but in doing just that, just giving up 1 pop per day
this is what I have gained in my life = MY LIFE :) yea isn't that a
kicker.
I did this because one day I was sitting in the doctors office with my
aging mother-in- law and happened to spot on the wall, a free take one
brochure about The Liguid Candy "POP".
It totally blew away my mind, it tells you everything I needed to know
about drinking pop and weight gain. Below I am going to share what I
found out about how pop effects many areas of my life.
Hope this will help all of you who struggle with weight gain and with being addicted to the Liguid Candy called "POP"

adults. If you only cut out one can of pop each day which add up to 150
calories you could lose up to ten lbs per year.

even lower your health care cost, as the report mentions that
overweight people spend an extra $450 per year on health care costs
alone. Obesity is a leading cause of death in the U.S
